The five-month fellowship brings together business and civic leaders from across the region to strengthen collaboration, address complex regional challenges, and build leadership capacity through peer learning and Harvard Business School case studies. Sothea Chiemruom’s participation reflects CMAA’s continued commitment to leadership development and regional partnership. Detail Management: Handle all logistical details for major events, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes. Reporting: Collect and analyze data on event performance and provide comprehensive reports on event results to the Communications and Development Manager. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all event-related communications. Budget Management: Work within budget constraints to plan and execute events. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align event objectives and ensure cohesive execution. Flexibility: Be available for some nights and weekends as required for event execution and planning. Qualifications Fluency in Khmer is preferred. Proven experience in event planning and coordination. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Benefits Competitive salary Competitive salary within the range of $43,000 to $50,000. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of local government processes and electoral systems is a plus.
