Family Connector Assistant
Project RISE 2.0, a three-year initiative funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Office of Problem Gambling Services, aims to promote emotional well-being and racial equity within immigrant communities. The project collaborates with key organizations like the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center, the Everett Haitian Community Center, the Eliot Family Resource Center, and the Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association (CMAA). CMAA is seeking a Family Connector Assistant to support Cambodian immigrant families through capacity-building and intervention phases of Project RISE 2.0. She/he will work closely with project staff and the Community Engagement consultant to engage in organizational development, partnership-building, and planning activities. She/he will implement culturally sensitive strategies to address the needs of Cambodian immigrant families. The Family Connector Assistant will receive training and participate in a Learning Community with other project partners to enhance their skills in effectively planning and delivering programs and services. She/he will report directly to the Healthy Living Program Coordinator.
