Junior Counselor

Junior Counselors play an essential role in supporting CMAA’s Rising Stars Summer Youth Program. They assist staff with daily activities, help supervise younger participants, and serve as positive role models within a safe, fun, and culturally supportive environment. This position is ideal for teens interested in leadership, youth development, and community service.

Senior Counselor

Senior Counselors are responsible for leading daily activities, supervising youth participants, and supporting the overall success of CMAA’s Rising Stars Summer Youth Program. Senior Counselors serve as role models, mentors, and leaders who help create a safe, engaging, and culturally supportive environment for children and teens. This position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and a passion for youth development.
