CMAA Executive Director to Participate in LEADS Echo Fellowship

Lowell, MA — Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association (CMAA) Executive Director Sothea Chiemruom will participate in the newest LEADS Echo Fellowship cohort in the Merrimack Valley. The five-month fellowship brings together business and civic leaders from across the region to strengthen collaboration, address complex regional challenges, and build leadership capacity through peer learning and Harvard Business School case studies.

Sothea Chiemruom’s participation reflects CMAA’s continued commitment to leadership development and regional partnership. The experience and connections gained through the fellowship are expected to further support CMAA’s mission of building stronger, more connected communities in the Merrimack Valley.
