Survey Creation: Design and distribute surveys to understand the needs of the community and gather data for service improvement. Reporting: Analyze survey data and create comprehensive reports to present findings and support community advocacy efforts. Collaboration: Partner with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and provide better services to the community. Flexibility: Be available for occasional nights and weekends as needed for community events and activities. Qualifications Fluency in Khmer is required. Experience in community engagement, health promotion, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.     Celebrating our history, programs, and continued commitment to the Greater Lowell community < Back Rooted in History, Thriving Together - 2026 CMAA Annual Meeting Jul 24, 2026 Celebrating our history, programs, and continued commitment to the Greater Lowell community On June 24, 2026, we welcomed community members, partners, supporters, staff, and board members to CMAA’s Annual Meeting, centered on the theme “Rooted in History, Thriving Together.” During the event, we were proud to share a special video highlighting the programs and services we provide to individuals and families throughout Greater Lowell. The video featured our Civic Engagement, Healthy Living Program, Monorom Family Support, Wrap-Around Community Services, and Youth Services. Through these programs, we empower residents, promote healthier lifestyles, strengthen families, support youth, and connect community members with essential resources. Sharing this video during our Annual Meeting gave us an opportunity to reflect on CMAA’s continued growth and the meaningful work happening across our organization. We are grateful to our dedicated staff, board members, partners, volunteers, supporters, and community members who make all of this work possible.
