← Staff Melissa Sin Program Assistant II Monorom Family Support Department(s): Monorom Family Support Program E-Mail: msin@cmaalowell.org Office Extension: (978) 454-6200 x1014 Direct Line: (351) 500-6446 Born and raised in Lowell, MA, Melissa Sin has also been part of the CMAA family since her participation in CMAA's Young Professionals Leadership Program as a senior in high school. On April 11, 2022, she joined our staff as part of the Monorom Family Support Program's (MFSP) team members. As of January 2024, Melissa has taken on an elevated role as MFSP's Program Assistant II. Melissa is the first generation in her family to go to college and is currently in her final year of study at the University of Massachusetts Lowell where she will obtain her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health/Health Promotion. Melissa intends to pursue a career as a Health Administrator.

Shania was born in Lawrence, MA and raised in Lowell, MA, and is a first-generation immigrant from the Dominican Republic. She is currently studying at MCC for a degree in Graphic Design. In the future, Shania hopes to pursue a career as a Video Game/ Animation designer.

Her commitment and ability to balance her educational pursuits and support our organization has been truly commendable. Sophia achieved a significant milestone in her academic journey, graduating from UMass Lowell with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts, Concentrations in Education and Health Studies in May 2023.
