Thursday, April 9, 2015 – What a great turnout. We had community members from all ages and backgrounds come together to celebrate the Khmer Flag Raising event at City Hall. Thanks to all that attended and those that were there in spirit. A special thanks to the Lowell Community Charter Public School for organizing and being a wonderful partner!
