Homeless Prevention Program

Funded by the City of Lowell, the Homelessness Prevention Program is to assist individuals and families who are at the greatest risk of losing their homes or and becoming homeless. The program targets populations that include laid-off workers, victims of domestic violence, and those who are behind in rent or mortgage payments or unable to pay their utility bills.

In addition, the program helps participants improve their financial literacy skills so that they are able to devise a budget that reflects their new circumstance.
