Cambodian Health Promotion Project teaches participants how to communicate better with their health care provider and provides information on treating and preventing specific illnesses such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cholesterol, osteoporosis and high blood pressure. Funded by the US Office of Refugee Resettlement.
